We’re looking for bold, energetic and technically literate outside sales hunter to bring our services to market. We’re looking for fearless negotiator and closer who can combine intense self-motivation with well-developed time-management skills. It’s a chance to build your own territory selling services and company values you can believe in.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, and maintain communications with prospective clients
  • Perform cold and warm pitching, lead conversation with potential clients around possible projects
  • Participate in business offer creation & contract negotiations
  • Creatively own and follow outbound Business Development strategy
  • Communicate Inloop’s offerings, unique proposition and values
  • Be enthusiastic, creative, polished, and passionate first point of contact
  • Close the deals and transition them from sales into active projects


  • Minimum of three years in Business Development, ideally having experience at a digital/software agency
  • A passion for all things connected with mobile, web, design, software and everything digital. Constantly hungry and curious to learn about the latest trends and technologies
  • Familiar and comfortable with both cold and warm calling
  • Able to successfully communicate Inloop’s vision, references and software development process to prospective clients
  • Ability to synthesize various data, internal knowledge, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights
  • Strong storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic
  • Comfortable creating clean and polished written proposals, able to work with CRM system
